International orders will receive free shipping with orders of over $ 1300.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?
All in stock jewelry pieces are ready to ship in 1 week. For out of stock items, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for jewelry to be made before shipping.
During periods of higher volume, production time may increase to 4 - 6 weeks.
If you are dissatisfied with your Eva Noga purchase, then within 10 days you should simply contact our studio and inform us of your discrepancy.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Our pieces are delicate by nature, so we encourage our customers to take extra care when wearing Eva Noga pieces.
Eva Noga is not responsible for broken or lost stones, however repairs are free if your jewelry needs a size adjustment or breaks during normal wear.
